i’m dani, a houston-based artist making ethereal acoustic music. i’ve been writing songs for about a decade, but am finally stepping into sharing them more openly.
I care more about how a song feels than how perfect it is, and i’m always coming back to that- why i make music in the first place and where it comes from.
My songs are rooted in connection. to ourselves, to the earth, to the breath and spirit we all share. I’m drawn to melodies that soar and hover in the air and lyrics that feel honest and unguarded. My deepest desire is to write songs that feel like truth telling. Digging up what’s beneath the surface, using my voice and space to move and open others.

I tell stories through song, drawing inspiration from personal experience and people I meet throughout my life. Honesty is important just as well as vulnerability. I blend genres of soul and folk. With fingerstyle guitar as my foundation, I craft delicate melodies paired with sincere lyrics.
Marley Moon
Marley Moon is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer from Houston, TX. Blending soft sounds, dreamy lyrics, and a touch of psychedelia, Marley describes her newest project as "music for cloudgazers." Marley grew up listening to loud 90's rock music in her dad's car, and channels this energy in local dreamy alternative-rock band Sorry, Sarah. Heavily influenced by artists like The Beach Boys, her love of harmony is obvious in her solo work and her work with local cosmic country band Ghost Party.
